management, and profit center management. We've written countless millions in new home sales, personally. We've hired and fired, designed product and determined specification levels, built award winning sales teams, developed and managed yearly company business plans, marketing plans and ad campaigns, developed innovative and motivational compensation plans and most recently formulated and implemented customer satisfaction programs. Mary Corbett: with over 20 years professional and sales management experience. The recipient of numerous awards, Mary has been honored as National Sales Manager of the Year and most notably, the Hall of Fame Recipient from the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chicago. In addition she was honored as Chicago's Sales Executive of the Year. As a past Sales & Marketing Council of Greater Chicago President, Mary's commitment to the building industry and continuous education is on going.
Toni Henricks: has been involved in the new home
building industry since 1985. She personally sold almost
1,500 new homes in her 17 years of selling for three of
the areas largest homebuilders. Toni is a seven-time
recipient of the prestigious Diamond Award for selling
over fifteen million in annual sales volume. She was
also the very first to win the Order of Excellence Award
for lifetime sales achievement. She feels that this
understanding of the requirements of successful selling
and customer satisfaction has enabled her to better
manage, train and motivate others to achieve top results
as well.
A merchandise/design degree and an art minor has served
her well as she now shares her creative expertise when
consulting with marketing, advertising, floor plan and
website review.
Staying involved and giving back to the industry she
loves, means teaching the Powerful System Selling class
as well as C.S.P. (Certified Sales Professional) classes
and sitting on the board of the Greater Chicago Sales
and Marketing Council.
Jan Roberts: a new addition to Success Builders,
Jan brings 23 years experience within the home building
industry. Starting her career as a Design Consultant,
she knows first hand the needs and wishes of the new
homebuyer. She has been involved with managing both
sales and design teams for several large Illinois and
National Builders as well as setting up and overseeing
their Options Programs for maximum profitability. Her
passion lies in the Design and Merchandising of Sales
Centers and Models. She has earned many awards for her
designs including a Gold Award for superior design in a
recent Parade of Homes. She has merchandised models in
Chicago and it suburbs as well as in many other
metropolitan areas. Jan has taught RCEC classes in
interior finishes and has judged the highly respected
Aurora Awards in Washington D.C. She has been published
in Professional Builder, Avenues and Big Builder
Magazine to name a few. Jan’s expertise adds a new
dimension to Success Builders giving us the ability to
expand our services offered to our customers.
